Approval of the Minutes from the April 15, 2025 Arts and Culture Advisory Board Meeting
Motion by Vice-Chair Doretha Hair Truesdell, seconded by Lisa Kessler to approve the minutes of 04.15.2025 with amendments. Nikola Angelos and Doretha Hair Truesdell abstained from voting on the Highwaymen Museum Mosaic Benches proposals because of their involvement with the Highwaymen.

Highwaymen Museum Mural Artist Recommendation - Review of shortlisted applications
A review of the top twenty shortlisted applications was done and rated based on their proposal, timeline and experience. After compiling all the scores, members of the board will be responsible for reaching out to the references for the top five applicants and will report their findings at the next meeting.
Motion by Lisa Kessler, seconded by Vice-Chair Doretha Hair Truesdell to contact the references for the top five applicants.
