CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson, Julie Pouliotte, called the May 30, 2025, Arts & Culture Advisory Board meeting to order at 10:09 AM.

Discussion of the images for the mosaic benches at the Highwaymen Museum
The Committee reviewed the images for the benches and chose eight images.
Motion by Emily Fingerhut, seconded by Ipyana Abayomi to choose images number 6, 27, 19, 2, 31, 11, 9, and 30.

BOARD AND STAFF DISCUSSION
Ms. Moore let the committee know a request came in from TC Barbers United for $2,000 for a Paint & Sip event for the Juneteenth celebration. The committee denied the request.
Motion by Emily Fingerhut, seconded by Vice-Chair Doretha Hair Truesdell to deny the request for funds from TC Barbers United.
