The Board has found the Respondent guilty of the following act or omission as alleged in the Notice of Alleged Charges, to wit: allowing permit 11-2946 to expire without obtaining approval for the final inspection in violation of Section 5-52(13) of the Code.

- Respondent is authorized to close out any and all active permits as of the date of this Order.
- The Building Official of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida is directed to notify the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, Construction Industry Licensing Board, of this Board’s aforesaid measures imposed against the Respondent by providing said agency with copies of documents pertinent thereto, including this Final Order.
