Call to Order - Shyanne Helms called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.

Paul Bertram introduced a new concept Light up Night. Board discussed dates and possible times for the event. Board will discuss further at next meeting.

The board discussed picking out one of the art work designs for the Sunrise Trail. Board may finalize at next meeting.

Great American Clean Up
The Board discussed all of our plans for the Great American Clean Up and Arbor Day events. Board and Guests visited all the sites for the event and discussed planned some of the days events.
