Chairman Langel asked for a Motion and Second to approve the minutes of the July 12, 2016 meeting with one change: to change Item 8 a. from 901 S. U.S. Hwy. 1 to 901 N. U.S. Hwy. 1.

After careful consideration, the Board agreed that Mr. Zito was found guilty of both Citation #152 and Citation #153.

After discussion, the Board determined that this was Mr. Zito's second offense and that his fine should be increased from $100.00. Chairman Langel asked how the Board wanted to proceed. There was a motion for a fine of $500.00 for Citation #152.
