CONTINUED DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE II (CONTRACTORS) REVISIONS AND AMENDMENTS
After much discussion, the Board expressed satisfaction with the draft Ordinance as written, and agreed that it should be forwarded to the City Commission for a First Reading.

STAFF COMMENTS
Staff requested the Board's feedback on whether or not it is appropriate for someone possessing a handyman's license to re-screen a pool/patio enclosure, which involves climbing the aluminum cage. The Board indicated that anyone making repairs that involve climbing a patio enclosure should have an aluminum contractor's license, for their safety and for legal reasons.
