MINUTES OF A SPECIAL STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, HELD IN THE CITY HALL 2ND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, 100 NORTH U.S. #1, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, AT 2:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2017.

STRATEGIC PLAN DISCUSSION AND FINALIZATION OF DOCUMENT
Mr. Lyle Sumek reviewed in detail the Action Agenda with the Mayor and Commissioners to determine if the identified action items were consistent with their vision to achieve the City's goals and objectives. Commissioner Sessions had to leave at 3:40. The Mayor and Commissioners prioritized all of the items. Mr. Sumek will take all of the information and the priorities developed by the Commission and forward a finalized plan for distribution.
The Mayor and Commission also asked that strategic planning be conducted annually.
