Special Closed Meeting (Attorney-Client Session) pursuant to F.S. 286.011(8) at the request of the City Attorney to discuss settlement negotiations or strategy session related to litigation expenditures in connection with The Haven Detox Fort Pierce, LLC, et al. vs. City of Fort Pierce, et al., U.S. District Court Case No. 16-CV-14270-KAM.

Ms. Cox left the meeting at 1:32 P.M. and the session was recorded by a certified court reporter. Commissioner Sessions entered the meeting while in progress.
