A.
Approval of Proposed FY2015 Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency Budget
Ms. Gloria Johnson, Finance Director, appeared before the Board and indicated that the proposed operating budget for FY2015 is $6,339,352.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thomas Perona, seconded by Commissioner Rufus Alexander to approve the proposed FY2015 budget.

Approval of Acknowledgement and Consent to Assignment, assigning all of the rights, title and interests in the contract from Cardno TBE to CARDNO, Inc.
Motion was made by Commissioner Edward Becht, seconded by Commissioner Thomas Perona to approve the Acknowledgement and Consent to Assignment with Cardno, Inc.

Commissioner Becht requested an update on the research that was to be performed by Cardno regarding the reverter clauses on the King Plant Property. Mr. Mimms and Mr. Schwerer confirmed that Cardno issued a full report finding that the reverters clause did not apply to the property being discussed and a letter acknowledging the report and its findings was received by the State.
