Mr. Williams was not present for the hearing. Mr. Waters asked if the Respondent was notified of the hearing. Mr. Coss indicated that Mr. Williams was notified of the date and time of the hearing by Certified and uncertified mail in April and by telephone on June 5, 2018.

Also 5-53(a)(8): Commence or perform work for which a building permit is rquired pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinance without such building permit being in effect.
