CONSIDERATION OF ABSENCE(S)

Motion was made by Reed Sudderth, seconded by Ryan Collins to excuse the absence of John Langel, who was unable to attend. A voice vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.

Ms. Mustafa was unable to attend the meeting. Mr. Waller took the stand and indicated that no copy of the endorsed check was provided as evidence as requested by the Board, per the previous meeting. The Board was in agreement that the check, with evidence of whom had endorsed it, could have been faxed or emailed in as evidence. Whereas nothing was provided to prove otherwise, a motion was made to dismiss Mr. Waller of all charges.

Motion was made by Kenneth Waters, seconded by Holly Theuns to dismiss the alleged charges against Mr. Waller. Mr. Sudderth recused himself from the vote. Roll call was taken and the motion passed unanimously.

HALF-CENT SALES TAX PRESENTATION: Mark Satterlee - St. Lucie County Assistant County Administrator

As Mr. Satterlee was unable to attend, the Chair announced that information regarding the vote on the Half-Cent Sales Tax would be available for review, and if anyone had further questions they could contact Joe Sweat, Marketing Specialist, at (772) 467-3031.
