RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the claim by Bryan Garrison.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant Bryan Garrison alleges that on March 17, 2025, he tripped and fell on a city-owned concrete surface, thereby causing him severe injuries.
