Agreement with Progressive Solutions, Inc. for Business License Software
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff Recommends that the City Council Approve the Agreement with Progressive Solutions, Inc.
DISCUSSION:
The Business License Department had been using Progressive Solutions, Inc. (Progressive) software for various license processing and record keeping, including issuance of tax certificates, annual renewals. The Progressive agreement is for the term of one fiscal year and is a vital part of the License Department.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN:
The Progressive Software affords an efficient system for processing license for business owners, an integral part of the city's economic development.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$42,704.91 from General Fund for fiscal year 2025/2026
