City Treasurer requests approval of the warrants. Motion to approve the warrants.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff Recommends that the City Council approve the warrants issued for the period of 07/09/2025 to 08/12/2025 for a total of $13,691,697.20.
DISCUSSION:
Staff plan to issue checks to the vendors that provide goods and services to the City of Hawthorne.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN:
Develop and implement clear, business-friendly methods of communicating useful and helpful information to vendors
FISCAL IMPACT:
None. Funds for these payments of the amount of $13,691,697.20 are available in the adopted Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget.
