Claim for monetary damages by the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority ("ICRMA").
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the claim by ICRMA.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant alleges that the City failed to pay its share of an assessment pursuant to a 2016-17 ICRMA Assessment Agreement.
