Claim for bodily injury by Shaunta Whiting.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the claim by Shaunta Whiting.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant Shauta Whiting alleges she was operating her vehicle on the I-105 freeway, near Crenshaw Blvd., when she was struck by another vehicle, thereby causing her physical injury. She further alleges that this accident was caused by a highway barrier and/or similar object blocking a freeway exit.
