Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and Sharp Performance, Inc., for professional coaching services.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the agreement with Sharp Performance, Inc. for professional coaching services in the amount of $224,996.25, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and make minor amendments thereto.
DISCUSSION:
The City has identified a need for professional development and executive coaching services to enhance the leadership and management skills of City department heads and City staff. Sharp Performance, Inc. has been identified as a qualified and experienced provider of such services. Their coaching programs have a proven track record of improving individual and organizational performance. Sharp Performance, Inc. is a leading provider of leadership development and coaching services, with a strong reputation for transforming individuals and organizations.
