A new professional services agreement for continued help related to an affordable housing project and PLHA grant administration.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Approve the contract.
DISCUSSION:
Harris & Associates has been working with the City for several years on the processing of the RFP related to the City-owned property on Cordary Avenue. This contract will extend the services and reflect the expanded scope of facilitating agreements with the developer. This contract will also continue ongoing administration of the PLHA grants.

$103,984 from Planning Department budget for FY 2025-2026.
