Approval of a parcel map to be recorded with Los Angeles County Public Works.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends the approval of a Parcel Map No. 84969 located at 3901 and 3851 W. El Segundo Blvd to be recorded with Los Angeles County Public Works.
DISCUSSION:
DRC Engineering, Inc. prepared a Parcel Map for City properties located at 3901 and 3851 W. El Segundo Boulevard which will provide four (4) separate lots. The preparation and recordation of the Parcel Map will provide a clear, legal, regulated structure for responsible future land development and in alignment with the City’s strategic planning objectives.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN:
The parcel map allows the City to identify underutilized locations that could be targeted for future development.
