RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the claim by Ana B. Acosta.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant Ana B. Acosta alleges she was at a city park (i.e., the restorom facility) when she tripped and fell on a wet surface, thereby cauing her physical injury.
