Claim for bodily injury by Steve Hibbert.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the claim by Steve Hibbert.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant Stever Hibbert alleges that on January 18, 2025, he was in the process of being pulled over by a city-employed police officer when he was rear-ended by that same officer's vehicle.
