RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the Claim by Dionte McCall.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant Dionte McCall alleges that on July 29, 2024, he was operating his motorcycle when a city-owned vehicle caused a traffic collision, thereby causing him bodily injuries.
