RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the claim by Kansas Farm & Ranch, Inc.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant Kansas Farm & Ranch, Inc. ("KF&R") alleges that on September 13, 2024, the City breached an agreement related to the purchase of a city-owned helicopter.
