Resolution No. 8518- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES CENTERS FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE (LA CADA)
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. 8518.
DISCUSSION:
On April 23, 2024, the City Council approved the First Amendment to the professional services agreement for the site management of the Bridge of Hope Community Housing Project. It is time to make a Second Amendment to that Professional Services Agreement with LA CADA as required annually. This year's agreement reflects no change in the services provided or the cost of services rendered.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN:
None.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None. There is no impact on the General Fund and this project continues to be funded with HOME-ARPA and PLHA funding.
