Claim for bodily injury by Diane Wade.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council deny the claim by Diane Wade.
DISCUSSION:
Claimant Diana Wade alleges she was coming out of Citibank (down a wheelchair ramp) when she was stopped by a "bump" and fell out of her wheelchair, thereby causing her physical injury.
