Alley Improvement Project (Project # 25-08) - Out to Bid
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Plans and Specifications and authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for construction bids with a return date of December 9, 2025.
DISCUSSION:
The work consists of grinding, excavation and removal of existing pavement and construction of PCC pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, alleys, driveways and ADA ramps and adjustment of utilities and all other work necessary to complete the improvements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIC PLAN:
This project is a result of the City working closely with funding and regulatory agencies to support and improve our infrastructure.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None. The project will be funded through the Measure M Local Share and CDBG Funds.
NOTICING PROCEDURE:
72 hours posted notice pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act.
