Approval of City Council meeting minutes for the regular City Council meetings of June 10, 2025, July 8, 2025, August 26, 2025 and September 9, 2025.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the regular City Council meetings of June 10, 2025, July 8, 2025, August 26, 2025 and September 9, 2025.
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of the minutes is to historically preserve the events of the City Council meetings. The minutes typically describe the event of the meeting and may include a list of attendees, a statement of the issues considered by the participants and related responses or decisions regarding the issues. It is not a requirement that the minutes be a transcript, but instead a historical preservation/record of the actions, guidance, and directives provided in conducting the wishes and the business of the City of Hawthorne by the said policymaking body.
