City Negotiator: Vontray Norris, City Manager
Negotiating Parties: Keller Williams Realty/John Hanley
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms
No members of the public expressed the desire to speak on the closed session item.
Mayor Pro Tem Alex Monteiro recessed the meeting at 5:43pm.
Mayor Alex Vargas called the meeting back to order at 7:10pm.
City Attorney Robert Kim reported out, Council voted unanimously to move forward with the transaction without an extension.
City Attorney Robert Kim announced to Council they would receive his letter of resignation the next day.
