Dyamond Daniel, shared information and introduced the organization Pieces Together Family Foundation, requesting funding resources to host events.
Osmani, provided an update on the outcome of the Easter egg Hunt event.
Kyle Oreman, announced the Vietnam Veterans of America South Bay Chapter 53 scholarship program, the deadline is April 5th also announced a veteran housing resource available on April 8th at Bob Hope Patriotic Hall.

Resolution No. 8591 — A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hawthorne, California Approving a Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard Inc.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
1. Approve the third amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard for the period of one year from 3/14/2026 to 3/14/2027 to provide security services for the Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) site.
2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep a record of documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard.
3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish a blanket purchase order for Citiguard not to exceed $237,961 in administrative fees.
