2. Authorization for County Judge Richard F. Cortez to sign Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 and the City of La Villa related to CDBG projects.
BACKGROUND
The City of La Villa has agreed to forfeit its CDBG funds to Hidalgo County, Precinct 1. The purpose is to allow Precinct No. 1 to complete street improvement projects identified in the City’s approved Urban County Program Action Plan. An Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) has been prepared to formalize this arrangement.
