1. BACKGROUND
OAG Contract No.: C-02698, FY 2026 term, 9.1.2025 to 8.31.2026.
The purpose of the OAG Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) grant program is to assist Texas counties in maintaining a statewide system that will provide relevant offender release information to victims of crime, promote public safety, and support the rights of victims of crime. The OAG makes grant funds available for SAVNS services provided to grantees by the certified vendor SylogistGov, Inc.
