Discussion, consideration, and approval to award and authorize execution of a contract with RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors & Quality Investments the lowest responsible bidder in that amount of $465,197.00 for single-family housing demolition and reconstruction services.

1.The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation
Program by the County Commissioners’ Court.  Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County
Purchasing Department on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
 

1. (1) Unit in the City of Elsa in the total amount of $141,200.00 to RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors.
2. (1) Unit in the City of Donna, and (2) units in the Countywide are in the total amount of $323,997.00 to Quality Investments.

 
Subject to compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable.
