Requesting approval for the County Judge to recertify the previously approved MS4 Stormwater Application Notice of Intent (NOI) to reflect the updated Program Manager contact information.
BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo County MS4 Stormwater Application Notice of Intent (NOI) was previously approved by Commissioners Court on March 4, 2025 (Agenda Item No. 98194).
Since that time, the department has identified the need to update the Program Manager contact information listed within the NOI. In accordance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements, the updated information requires recertification by the County Judge prior to submission.
