The Urban County Program requests approval of Subrecipient Agreement with the Delta Youth Center (Youth Services) in the amount of $40,000.00 for Urban County Program Year 21 (2008).
BACKGROUND
All funding will be utilized for the reimbursement of salaries for program leaders, program coordinators, program supervisors (for direct services) and the purchase of minor recreational equipment and supplies to implement youth programs. The Delta Youth Center provides services in three locations that include the Delta Central Unit, Delta West and Delta North. (See the attached Exhibits)

Individual Funding amounts: Hidalgo County Precinct #1 (All Units) $30,000.00
City of Edcouch (Central Unit): $10,000.00
Total Agreement Amount: $40,000.00
