Ratification and approval of the First Amendment to the 2024-YR37 Emergency Solutions Grants Program (ESG) Subrecipient Agreements between the County of Hidalgo, Urban County Program and
  1. the Women Together Foundation, Inc., and
  2. the Salvation Army
to reflect increases in awarded grant amounts.

BACKGROUND

Following the approved rescission of funds under AI 103016, the Urban County Program has identified eligible Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) subrecipients for Program Year 37 (2024) to obligate the remaining funds. The $65,000.00 will be obligated as follows:
 
  • $43,000.00 to The Salvation Army of McAllen
  • $22,000.00 to The Women Together Foundation, Inc.
This action ensures full utilization of ESG funds in compliance with program requirements and supports eligible subrecipients for the 2024 program year.
