1. Approval of FY 2026 Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) MOU between the Hidalgo County DA HIDTA Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration McAllen District Office/San Antonio Division office.
2. Authorization and approval for Mr. Toribio "Terry" Palacios, Hidalgo County District Attorney to sign for Hidalgo County.
3. Approval of certification of revenues as certified by the County Auditor for the HSTF agreement in the amount of $10,800.00 and appropriation of same (in reference to Investigation Number P25SAT-TXS-0051).
