Requesting Acceptance and approval of the Agreement to Donate from Wonderful Citrus II LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as it relates to 17.42 acres out of lots 4, 5, 8, and 9, Block 31, Revised Plat of Section 16 to 32 Rio Grande Development Company Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas. And to authorize the District General Manager, Raul E. Sesin, to execute all necessary documents.
