Presentation, discussion, consideration and approval for clarification on action taken on 07/01/08 changing the language from Anzaldua's Park Fishing & Boating Pier to Anzaldua's Park Boating Ramp and Boat Courtesy Dock Improvements as identified and approved on letter dated September 23, 2008 as submitted to the Honorable Judge J.D. Salinas III, by Mr. Goldbloom Project Manager Boat Access Program for Texas Parks & Wildlife. Plans and specifications have been submitted and approved for project #08-119 by Mr. Goldbloom subject to this change. Herrera & Hunt is ready to commence upon approval and clarification of PO #606377 with same language as proposed by Mr. Goldbloom.
BACKGROUND
Commissioners Court approval on 07/01/08 awarded Herrera & Hunt, Inc. for proposed project and a PO has been issued pending approval from TDPW and clarification of language to PO #606377 in order to request the required bonds and Notice to Proceed for proposed project No. 2008-119.
