A.  Approval of Work Authorizations of Professional Engineering Services to be provided by L & G Engineering Laboratory for Construction Material Testing on USIBWC Hidalgo Protective Levee Improvement Project as follows:

   1.  Work Authorization No. 34  for  DHS Segment 0-9 Phase II
   2.  Work Authorization No. 35  for  DHS Segment 0-6A
   3.  Work Authorization No. 36  for  DHS Segemnt 0-6B and 0-6C

B.  Approval of Budget amendment to reallocate funding of DHS Segments by the additional amount receive from the Department of Homeland Sercurity (DHS) Cooperative Agreement Amendment awarded on September 30, 2008.  Funding per segment is in accordance with DHS's amendend agreement schedule.

C.  Approval of payment of Invoices to Dannenbaum Engineering for professional engineering services in relation to the following DHS Levee Segments;

    1.  DHS Segment 0-5          Invoice 441001/08/XV       
    2.  DHS Segment 0-7          Invoice 441002/07/XV 
    3.  DHS Segment 0-9 Ph I   Invoice 441004/07/XV 
    4.  DHS Segment 0-10        Invoice 441005/07/XV 

D. Request approval to process of manual check to Dannenbaum Engineering pending approval from County Auditor and pending the electronic of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
