BACKGROUND
Grant is for the enforcement through overtime hours worked on DWI arrests during the holiday periods of Christmas/New Year's; Spring Break; Independence Day; and Labor Day.
The grant period starts 12/01/08 or on the date of final signature of both parties, whichever is later, and ends on 09/30/09, unless terminated or otherwise modified.
Expenses relating to health and life insurance are not included.
No local cash match is required.
