Approval of a Subrecipient Agreement with the Advocacy Resource Center for Housing (ARCH) and the Urban County Program-ESG/UCP Year 22 (2009) under the Emergency Shelter Grant Program for Essential Services and Homeless Prevention activities.

The Advocacy Resource Center for Housing (ARCH) will provide essential services and homeless prevention activities. Agreement is in the amount of $64,390.00. Services include:

Staff salaries for implementing homeless prevention services.      Utility assistance with cut-off
