The Urban County Program requests approval of Subrecipient Agreement with the Amigos Del Valle, Inc. (Senior Services) in the amount of $49,780.00 for Urban County Program Year 22 (2009).

All funding will be utilized for the preparation, packaging and delivery of hot meal plates to homebound seniors
(See the attached Exhibits). The agreement shall be effective on July 1, 2009.
