Article 71.004-Public Notice and Hearing to consider "Lease of Land for Mineral Development" the described parcel of land; the property owned by Hidalgo County as listed in attachment hereto; 30.19 acres of land, more or less, out of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 46 of the Capisallo District Subdivision out of the Llano Grande Grant in Hidalgo County, Texas
B. Under Article 71.005-Requesting authority to Publish "Notice of Intention to Lease Land for Mineral Development".
