Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code,   Section 262.024 (A) (4) a professional service for engineering services in connection with county buildings needing repairs and/or renovations located in  Precinct No. 3 for compliance with statutory occupational code provisions.

Presentation of scoring grid (for the purposes of ranking by CC) of the firms graded & evaluated through the County's approved "pool" of engineers in connection with professional engineering services required for county owned buildings that need repairs and/or renovations located in Precinct No. 3 to comply with statutory occupational code limits; 1st._________________;2nd._________________;3rd. _________________
