BACKGROUND

The Office of the Attorney General awarded the District Attorney's Office $74,482.00 for FY2010 and FY2011 ($37,241.00 per year). Grant award was accepted by Commissioners' Court on 08/04/09 (Refer to AI-16734). The award is for a two year period (09/01/09 to 08/31/11). At this time, our office is submitting the grant budget for the first year of the grant.
