BACKGROUND
These families were approved to receive assistance under the HOME-Homeowner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners' Court on July 14, 2009. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, August 4, 2009. (see attachment)
