BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 has negotiated a contract with Javier Hinojosa Engineering in the amount of $42,317.63 for the UCP Year 21 (2008) Street Improvements project. Negotiations with Javier Hinojosa Engineering was approved in Hidalgo County Commissioners’ Court on July 28, 2009. See attached proposal and scope of services.
