Citizen Participation requirements dictate that the County hold a public hearing to consider public comments on the contents of its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report prior to its submission to HUD.
The Urban County Program published public notice of the Report’s completion and the public comment period ran from September 17th , 2009 through September 28th , 2009.
