Upon compliance with notice of termination as approved herein and pursuant to Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (Section 15.03 A.1.2.3.4. & B.) requesting authority to pay D. M. Roth, Inc. the amount of  $1,500.00 for bonding costs in connection with the terminated contract for: “Road & Drainage Construction of Tiny Acres”.
