a. Pursuant to Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (Section  15.03. A and as attached hereto) requesting authority to issue the seven day written notice to awarded contractor D. M. Roth, Inc. of Hidalgo County's election to terminate the project of: Road & Drainage Construction of Tiny Acres";
 
b. Upon compliance with notice of termination as approved herein and pursuant to Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (Section 15.03 A.1.2.3.4. & B.) requesting authority to pay D. M. Roth, Inc. the amount of  $1,500.00 for bonding costs in connection with the terminated contract for: “Road & Drainage Construction of Tiny Acres”.
