Approval and Acceptance of donation of one (1) 2010 Ford F150 Pickup Truck from the United States Marshals Service.

BACKGROUND

Funding for the vehicle was made available by the Department of Justice.  Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office and the United States Marshals Service, the vehicle is for use by the investigator assigned to the joint law enforcement task forces with the U.S. Marshals Service.
